The Problem We Solved
In 2021, Arjun Mehta was managing a 120 kWp commercial rooftop installation across three sites in Pune. His team: 18 field workers, 4 project managers, and one shared Google Sheet that everyone was editing at once. Attendance was tracked by WhatsApp photos. Purchase orders were emailed PDFs. Follow-ups missed. Invoices delayed.
