We want to ensure every Founding Partner receives exceptional, hands-on support. By keeping this first cohort small, our founders and engineering team can work closely with you to configure workflows, import data, and build customized features that fit your specific business requirements.
What does the ₹9,999 setup fee cover?
The one-time onboarding fee covers our team setting up your entire organization structure, importing your existing customer and lead data, custom-tailoring workflow stages (e.g. from site survey to installation), setting up individual user roles, and holding live training sessions for your office and field staff.
How does the 20% recurring referral commission work?
When you refer a solar business to SolarOps360 and they sign up for a paid plan, you receive 20% of their subscription value every month for their first 12 months. For example, if a company subscribes to the Growth plan at ₹11,999/month, you receive ₹2,400/month. There is no limit to the number of companies you can refer.
What happens to the pricing after the first year?
After the first year, your subscription price will adjust to the Founding pricing, which is guaranteed to always remain lower than the standard public price. You will enjoy a lifetime discount as a thank-you for helping us shape the platform early on.
What is expected of us as a Founding Partner?
We look for active collaboration. We ask that you use the product in your daily operations, share honest feedback with our team, participate in a short monthly feedback call (30–45 mins), and help us test new releases before they are made public.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in period?
No. While the Founding Partner benefits are structured around a 12-month collaboration, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation penalties or hidden charges.
How is our data protected?
Data security is our highest priority. All data is hosted on AWS India (Mumbai region) with daily automated backups, end-to-end encryption (SSL in transit and AES-256 at rest), and strict access controls that ensure your proprietary client and lead lists remain 100% confidential.
